- determination of basic mechanical and brittle fracture properties according to ČSN and foreign standards at normal, reduced, and high temperatures up to 1000°C
- determination of low-cycle and high-cycle fatigue properties of materials at normal and elevated temperatures up to 1000°C, interaction of fatigue and creep, research into damage mechanisms
- thermal fatigue
- evaluation of defect acceptability, determination of crack propagation and threshold values, evaluation of the residual life of defective parts
- determination of fatigue strength and life of structural parts, increasing fatigue strength by surface treatments
- chemical analysis of metallic materials using an optical emission analyzer
- optical and electron scanning microscopy, metallographic and fractographic analysis
- stress corrosion testing, hydrogen-induced cracking corrosion fatigue
- determination of fatigue strength and service life of structural components and large parts
- evaluation of the quality of welded joints according to Czech and international regulations
- static and dynamic testing of rail vehicle components (springs, shock absorbers, flexible elements, brake shoes, drawbar and buffer mechanisms) according to European standards
- static and dynamic testing of rail welds according to European standards
- fatigue testing by bending under rotation of railway wheels and axles according to European standards
- static and dynamic testing of structural components (cables, drawbars, bridge bearings)
- dynamic testing of automotive components (discs, towing devices) in accordance with EC technical regulations
- heat resistance testing, mathematical evaluation of results, formulation of mathematical models of heat resistance properties, data extrapolation
- comprehensive consulting and expertise in the fields of energy, aviation, and the chemical industry
- testing of heat resistance properties of materials
- creep strength testing up to 1200°C
- determination of creep deformation characteristics up to 1150°C
